To complement our Maywood ADU, we have added the Durham ADU. The Durham is 576sf with one bedroom and bath upstairs and a killer spiral staircase to get there. With a footprint of 12x24' you could work this little beastie into almost any tight squeeze. Of course it is designed to look like most of our other plans with its craftsman features.
